ARBITRATION NOTICE: EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DISPUTES DESCRIBED IN THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT SECTION BELOW, YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

1. Service Overview and License Terms

1.1 Description of Services

Vorqal provides a native desktop application and related services designed to assist students during examinations. By accessing or using Vorqal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

1.2 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of these Terms, Vorqal grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use the Services for your personal purposes.

1.3 Service Changes and Disruptions

Vorqal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

2. User Accounts and Payment

2.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.

2.2 User Representations and Warranties

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into these Terms; (ii) you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms; (iii) you will use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
